Labor Support for Microsoft Fairwater, Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin
Target project: LaborNOW is positioning its nationwide crews to pursue labor support for Microsoft's Fairwater AI data center campus in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.
Project facts (publicly reported)
According to press reports, Microsoft's Fairwater campus in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin was greenlit in January 2026 for 15 more data center buildings. The campus is reported to be connected by high-speed fiber to a Fairwater site in Atlanta, Georgia, about 700 miles away, so the two can operate as one AI system.
Why a multi-building campus needs a phased labor plan
Adding 15 buildings to an existing campus means construction and turnover happen in waves rather than all at once. Staffing has to flex building by building, with crews moving between construction support and final clean while other buildings are still under active work. The Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin market page covers how we approach this kind of staffing in the region.
What LaborNOW's crews, if selected, would typically support
At a campus of this kind, LaborNOW's crews, if selected, would typically support construction final clean, underfloor and subfloor cleaning, rack exteriors, construction dust removal, and recurring maintenance cleaning once buildings are operational. See our data center cleaning page for full scope.
